Entry-level traineeship to become a workers' compensation claims adjuster. Includes a 4-week training program, onboarding with mentor support, and supervised handling of claims: investigating incidents, obtaining medical and employer information, determining coverage and benefits, documenting files, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Manage complex general liability claims involving serious injuries and contested coverage. Investigate, coordinate with counsel and investigators, develop defense strategies, identify settlements and subrogation, authorize expenses, and participate in mediations/trials to achieve resolution while collaborating with clients and partners for early return-to-work.
