Leads the global Technical Enablement function, setting strategy, operating models, budgets, roadmaps, and performance goals. Manages managers and distributed teams while developing technical readiness, competency frameworks, release-readiness governance, curricula, labs, certifications, and knowledge systems. Partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, RevOps, and partners to improve field readiness and customer outcomes. Advises senior leaders, drives change and modernization, and owns measurable enablement results.

Supports sales commission calculations, SaaS financial metric tracking, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and leadership teams to maintain accurate financial data, improve reporting processes, and provide business insights. The role requires hands-on commission experience, strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and familiarity with financial planning and SaaS metrics.

Build sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, targeted email and social campaigns, inbound lead follow-up, and account research. Qualify prospects by understanding business goals, time series data challenges, and technology environments. Set meetings, nurture leads, track activities and CRM data, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, contribute to account plans, and share feedback on messaging and successful tactics.
