Leads technical discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concept development, integrations, and production deployments for enterprise customers using an operational intelligence platform. Builds data pipelines, dashboards, analytics, and workflows across network, cloud, and application environments. Partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, troubleshoots complex issues, supports customer adoption, develops deployment best practices, and mentors technical teams. Travel to customer and company locations is required as needed.

Build and lead Selector AI’s Incident & Escalation function by defining operating models, severity standards, workflows, escalation paths, customer communications, and incident metrics. Run critical incident response, develop Incident Commanders, drive post-incident corrective actions, and establish accountability across NOC, SRE, Engineering, Product, Support, and Account teams. Use automation and AI to improve detection, triage, investigation, and response while converting recurring issues into measurable product and engineering improvements.

Own technical customer success from proof of concept through production adoption and expansion. Serve as the primary technical advisor, lead architecture and technical strategy, translate business requirements into technical specifications, conduct workshops and onboarding, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering. Support enterprise networking, observability, integrations, APIs, and AI-driven workflows while advocating for customer needs and roadmap priorities.
