Provide legal advice and lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts (NDAs, supply, licensing, SaaS, vendor, reseller, services). Support business teams, maintain templates and playbooks, liaise with outside counsel, manage contract risk and disputes, notarize corporate documents, and deliver cross-functional legal support and training.

Lead HR technology strategy and roadmap for the Americas; manage HR systems portfolio and team; drive Workday and HRIS implementations and optimizations; champion AI in HR; deliver analytics, integrations, training, and change management; track project performance and ensure stakeholder alignment.
