Own strategic account growth and design-win pursuits across direct customers and rep-covered territories. Develop account plans, build executive relationships, manage complex negotiations, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and coordinate technical evaluations with field applications engineers. Manage and coach rep firms, conduct business reviews, optimize territory coverage, track performance, and drive revenue attainment. The role requires technical fluency in semiconductor or high-speed data center interconnect products and collaboration across engineering, supply chain, marketing, and leadership.

Design and integrate force-sensing solutions from proof of concept through mass production. Responsibilities include schematic design, PCB layout and fabrication, hardware bring-up, debugging, sensor characterization, firmware and mechanical integration, vendor management, and customer technical support. The engineer creates technical documentation and training materials, collaborates with R&D, marketing, sales, and OEM customers, supports evaluation kits and prototypes, and contributes to product improvements. International and domestic travel of up to 10% is required.

Define technical requirements and performance targets for next-generation high-speed optical ICs. Engage customers and component partners, drive optical link analysis and simulations, collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams, lead standards/MSA participation, and represent Semtech at conferences to align ecosystem roadmaps and ensure interoperability.
