Lead and own Sentry's product launch function from feature completion to customer rollout. Define launch standards, coordinate cross-functional readiness, manage feature-flag and cohort strategies, build visibility dashboards and launch briefs, track release health, run retrospectives, and continuously improve release processes to ensure coordinated, measurable, and customer-focused product deliveries.

Lead and grow an engineering team building Sentry's Events Analytics Platform. Set technical direction, drive architecture and core features for large-scale analytical querying, ensure stability and scalability for AI workloads, run incident response and postmortems, and collaborate cross-functionally to unify event data and enable complex, high-performance queries.

The Solutions Engineer will interface with customers to integrate Sentry into their applications, develop best practices, and provide educational resources, ensuring successful implementation and usage of software monitoring tools.
