Lead and own Sentry's product launch function from feature completion to customer rollout. Define launch standards, coordinate cross-functional readiness, manage feature-flag and cohort strategies, build visibility dashboards and launch briefs, track release health, run retrospectives, and continuously improve release processes to ensure coordinated, measurable, and customer-focused product deliveries.

Lead platform engineering for AI-assisted coding: audit and expose internal developer systems via APIs, build harnesses and context systems for AI agents, improve PR quality, automate routine engineering tasks, and drive cross-team initiatives to improve developer productivity and tooling.

The Solutions Engineer will interface with customers to integrate Sentry into their applications, develop best practices, and provide educational resources, ensuring successful implementation and usage of software monitoring tools.
