Lead research on recursive self-improvement for an autonomous ML research engine. Define the RSI roadmap, design agent strategies and compute allocation, learn from prior sessions, build evaluations, and compound knowledge across tasks. Conduct rigorous experiments, track frontier agentic LLM research, and ship validated improvements into production systems. The role requires hands-on Python engineering, applied ML research, production deployment experience, and technical leadership of a small research team.

Build rigorous ROI analyses, value models, and business cases that translate AI ranking performance into revenue, margin, and cost-to-serve outcomes. Present analyses to CFOs, procurement teams, and other economic buyers; support sales pursuits; create reusable value-selling frameworks; tailor models to customer economics; and collaborate with product, data science, and customer teams to validate benchmarks and deployment results.

Own the full lifecycle of technology partnerships with cloud providers and data platforms, including sourcing, agreements, joint go-to-market motions, marketplace listings, co-selling, and co-marketing. Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue, build executive and field relationships, equip sales teams, measure partner performance, and develop the company’s technology partner strategy and playbook.
