Build and scale Serval’s sales enablement engine by translating complex AI capabilities into messaging, training, demos, discovery guides, and reusable assets. Partner with Engineering and Sales to support product launches, reduce sales ramp time, analyze Gong calls, identify objections, and develop AI-powered workflows that automate enablement content creation and updates.

Own strategic customer deployments from pilot through production, building AI agents, configuring integrations, advising on AI adoption, and leading migrations. Serve as the primary technical relationship while troubleshooting production code, analyzing databases and API interactions, and partnering with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Translate customer needs into product improvements and repeatable go-to-market processes.

Leads strategy and operations for the Solutions Engineering organization, improving technical sales productivity, forecasting, workflows, operating cadence, analytics, and pilot conversion. Partners with SE, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and RevOps leadership on coverage models, capacity planning, technical qualification, GTM systems, and strategic initiatives. Builds scalable processes, content, reporting, and AI-enabled tools while identifying and resolving technical selling friction.
