Teams at Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls, schedule service appointments, resolve client needs, escalate concerns, and achieve productivity and quality goals. The role uses CRM systems to document interactions, promotes products and services, identifies upselling opportunities, and requires strong communication, sales, typing, judgment, and customer service skills. Work is onsite with evening and weekend shifts.
