Lead the Core Platform Infrastructure team to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems, messaging and async frameworks, and an internal developer platform. Drive architecture, reliability (SLOs, monitoring, performance), developer productivity tooling, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Hire, mentor, and partner with principal engineers and product leaders to standardize platform patterns and scale platform capabilities across the organization.

Lead and build a data science team to develop production AI across operations and post-sales product experiences. Own roadmap, deploy agentic systems and forecasting, partner with stakeholders, ensure production reliability, evaluation, and business impact, and communicate results to executives.

Lead ownership of the Salesforce platform with emphasis on CPQ and Billing: design and deliver Apex/LWC/Flow solutions, manage integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events, middleware), run CI/CD, enforce development best practices, mentor engineers, and apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.
