The Payroll Implementation Manager will manage the payroll implementation process, ensuring data integrity, customer success, and collaboration across departments to deliver an optimal experience for clients automating H-2A visa solutions.

Sell Seso’s HR and workforce-management platform to large agricultural employers across the Northeast. Own territory, generate net-new and expansion revenue, run complex consultative deals, present to C-level buyers, negotiate contracts, forecast in Salesforce, and leverage sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads for Account Executives. Build relationships with agricultural prospects, schedule demos, manage high-volume target accounts, relay feedback to Customer Success, and collaborate with marketing to grow inbound strategy.
