Supports civil engineering projects involving land development, transportation, infrastructure, grading, drainage, utilities, retaining walls, and structural improvements. Uses Civil 3D to develop pipe networks, profiles, and plan sheets; prepares environmental, grading, roadway, and public improvement plans; reviews designs; estimates construction costs; and collaborates with engineering teams and clients in office and field settings.

Manage transmission and distribution, substation, and utility projects across planning, design, procurement, construction, and delivery. Own project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, documentation, change management, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate matrixed teams, consultants, vendors, and clients while resolving issues and negotiating solutions. Support project acquisition through opportunity identification, bids, and interviews, ensuring compliance with utility, design, construction, permitting, and safety standards.

Leads development of client-facing and internal geospatial content, including proposals, bids, presentations, brochures, and technical documentation. Coordinates stakeholders, interviews subject matter experts, manages document production, and ensures technical accuracy and brand consistency. Uses geospatial software, design tools, project management skills, and AI to improve content workflows. Supports competitive positioning and proposal strategy for technology services targeting sectors such as utilities, energy, and oil and gas.
