Lead hands-on architecture and development for greenfield digital products and the engineering platform supporting them. Build full-stack solutions, distributed backends, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, reusable services, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code capabilities. Establish observability, quality, and engineering standards while mentoring engineers and partnering with product and design teams to improve delivery velocity and autonomy.

Supports hardware and software engineering teams by operating and improving reliability labs, developing LabVIEW and scripting-based test automation, integrating robotics and automated test stations, configuring instrumentation and lab systems, executing electro-mechanical and stress testing, analyzing test data and anomalies, and maintaining safety procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth by managing sales strategies and acquiring new customers across various product categories in North America, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic relationships.

Lead and train the Food Label team, review and validate US/Canada food label compliance and nutritional data, communicate with clients, manage staff, and maintain quality and process improvements.
