Manage EMC testing operations and staff, ensure ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, oversee RF equipment maintenance and lab upgrades, lead CapEx and chamber construction projects, support automotive OEM validation and regulatory certification, and represent the facility during audits and client engagements.

Execute environmental, mechanical, and certification reliability tests; set up and operate test equipment and thermal chambers; document setups and results with photos; collect, analyze, and report data using spreadsheets, charts, and presentations; track test progress; support multiple products across development lifecycle; ensure safe lab operation.

Manage wireless testing projects, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with SGS quality standards through effective communication and reporting. Coordinate with teams to support testing processes and maintain accreditations.
