Staff Accountant supporting hotel finance operations, including accounts receivable, month-end entries, P&L closings, cash deposits, credit card ledger balancing, invoice and purchase order matching, tax monitoring, audit checks, and internal controls. The role requires analyzing financial information, resolving discrepancies, meeting performance goals, and maintaining accurate accounting records in a 24-hour hotel operation.

Maintains and repairs hotel buildings, property, and grounds, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and drywall. Responds to guest maintenance concerns with warmth and efficiency while supporting safe, secure, reliable hotel operations. Requires flexibility for a 24-hour operation, teamwork, fast thinking, attention to detail, and at least two years of similar maintenance experience.

Leads the hotel front office service team, trains and mentors new hires, supervises daily operations, interacts with guests, and supports guest and team engagement. The role requires strong communication, leadership, financial performance awareness, and a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
