The role requires regional sales sourcing, data-driven process improvement, and close collaboration with hiring managers and recruiting partners.

Own recruiting coordination for an early-stage company, including interview scheduling, panel preparation, candidate communication, offer letters, ATS data accuracy, and onboarding handoffs. The role manages multiple candidates and open roles, tracks hiring speed and candidate experience metrics, maintains confidentiality, and improves recruiting workflows. It is remote with occasional travel to Carlsbad, California.

Own Sharp Performance’s two-sided marketplace connecting first responders with lived-experience coaches. Lead supply and demand forecasting, matching from intake through first session, marketplace efficiency and quality metrics, data governance, dashboards, board reporting, BizOps, and operating cadence. Partner cross-functionally with Coaching, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve liquidity, utilization, member satisfaction, and renewals. This is a remote U.S. role with travel as needed.

Drive new business across law enforcement, fire, EMS, and first responder agencies. Prospect, qualify, consult, close, onboard, and expand agency accounts while managing a territory and sales pipeline in HubSpot. Build trust through operational or first responder credibility, understand agency challenges, and position Sharp Performance’s coaching platform as a solution. The role emphasizes high activity, relationship building, command presence, accurate opportunity tracking, and uncapped earnings.
