Administer and configure Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation for international HR teams in Canada and Mexico. Maintain business processes, eligibility rules, validations, reporting, data integrity, compliance, and bilingual documentation. Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, coordinate Workday release testing, and partner with HR leadership and local teams on regional legislation, healthcare requirements, and governance.

Manages hospital supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory control, storage, receiving, distribution, vendor contracts, capital budgets, GPO compliance, and equipment records.
