Designs and maintains healthcare data transformation workflows, semantic models, data marts, reports, and dashboards using PySpark, SQL, DAX, and Power BI. Integrates FHIR, HL7, and OMOP data while supporting governance, data quality, lineage, HIPAA compliance, and secure data handling. Collaborates with analysts, data scientists, and clinical and operational stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics-ready data and enable AI and predictive analytics initiatives.

Manages organization-wide revenue integrity, charge capture, charge reconciliation, billing compliance, audits, CDM maintenance, reporting, and process improvement. Leads Revenue Analyst staff, supports Epic and Craneware systems, develops testing and implementation plans, educates clinical and administrative stakeholders, monitors revenue cycle performance, and ensures adherence to payer, state, federal, and organizational requirements.

Build, test, maintain, and enhance Workday financial reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Gather requirements, validate and reconcile data, document report logic, troubleshoot performance issues, support Workday implementations and releases, and train end users. Partner with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and actionable reporting across a nonprofit healthcare system.
