Manages the San Francisco/East Bay territory by developing surgeon relationships, training physicians on iFuse procedures, supporting operating-room cases, building referral networks, conducting educational activities, and meeting sales quotas. The representative manages inventory, implant shelf life, expenses, reporting, regulatory compliance, and quality-system responsibilities while collaborating with sales leadership and clinician groups.

Lead and manage select projects across the PMO portfolio for a medical device company. Create and maintain project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks and impediments, support quality/regulatory compliance (design changes, CAPAs, non-conformances), implement metrics and communications, and assist Operations. Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement of PMO systems and processes.

Manage a defined territory to drive adoption of the iFuse implant system by targeting, training, and supporting spine surgeons and OR staff. Coordinate hospital approvals, reimbursement and surgeon education, meet sales goals, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and report to regional leadership.
