Design, model, and administer sales compensation plans for GTM roles across Sierra. Build frameworks for outcome-based and multi-year deals, maintain financial models, track performance, own policy/documentation, and partner with Finance and HR for expense planning and benchmarking.

Own marketing measurement and operations: design multi-touch attribution, build performance dashboards, analyze pipeline by segment, develop ICP scoring, run experiments, manage lead scoring/routing, and enable campaign execution and cross-functional reporting tied to revenue targets.

Own end-to-end territory strategy and operations: design and carve territories, manage bi-weekly account allocation, analyze territory performance, prioritize accounts, partner with Sales/RevOps/leadership, communicate changes sensitively, and improve territory planning processes while executing strategic initiatives.

The Software Engineer will build AI systems analyzing agent interactions, enhance performance through insights, and develop learning systems to improve agent effectiveness.

As a Platform Deployment Architect, you'll manage customer deployments of Sierra's AI platform, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating across teams and establishing scalable processes.

As a Support Engineer, you'll assist customers in utilizing Agent OS, debug complex issues, and create support systems and tools. Additionally, you'll help grow the support function globally.

Build and scale real-time voice systems including speech-to-text, speech synthesis, low-latency runtime for streaming audio, telephony integrations, and infrastructure to handle millions of calls daily. Ship full-stack production features and ensure reliability across interruptions, disconnects, and call transfers.

Design, build, and operate scalable, secure infrastructure and self-serve platform for LLM inference and services. Own cloud IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, observability, incident response, authentication, and integrations with enterprise environments to ensure reliability and performance.

Lead end-to-end GTM planning, including annual/quarterly planning, quota/target setting, capacity and headcount planning. Partner with GTM and Finance to build forecasts, design sales compensation, deliver performance insights, and drive cross-functional alignment to support company growth.
