Lead enterprise sales for Sierra's Financial Services segment: prospect and generate leads, build and manage executive relationships, negotiate and close complex seven-figure deals, develop sales strategy and GTM motion, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive pipeline and deployments.

The Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate interviews, manage candidate logistics, ensure data accuracy, and enhance the recruiting experience while supporting the team in an in-office setting.

Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, execute sourcing strategies, and track recruiting metrics to enhance hiring.
