Serves as the primary employee relations and HR resource for Western Region employees and managers. Conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports performance management and corrective action, handles disciplinary and termination processes, maintains confidential documentation, interprets policies, and escalates legal or compliance risks. Also supports onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, and other lifecycle activities. The role requires regular onsite presence across Seattle-area workplaces and occasional travel to other Western Region markets.
