Senior Database Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing database systems. Ensures availability, backups, security, performance tuning, capacity planning, and supports developers and operations. May lead database projects and mentor junior DBAs.

Lead and coordinate EDI-related projects and program analysis tasks. Manage project schedules, stakeholders, and deliverables across U.S. locations, produce status reports, and ensure compliance with organizational requirements.

Lead and support program implementation efforts: analyze processes, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and deliverables, monitor performance, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of program initiatives.

Coordinate and manage electronic data interchange (EDI) production workflows and support program analysis; ensure all work is completed within the United States per employer requirements.

Analyze and optimize Epic-based revenue cycle workflows to improve billing, claims, and collections. Configure Epic systems, produce data-driven reports and KPIs, identify process improvements, collaborate with clinical, billing, and IT teams, support implementations and training, and monitor outcomes to increase revenue recovery and operational efficiency.
