The Follow Up Specialist position requires eligible U.S. work status and completion of all work within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Compensation is $23 to $27 per hour, with tier placement based on experience, competencies, education, certifications, and qualifications.

Performs follow-up communications with clients or stakeholders, schedules and confirms appointments, documents interactions, escalates issues to internal teams, and helps ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Works within company processes and tools to track status and outcomes.

Process and support revenue cycle activities. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour, with tier placement based on experience, competencies, education, certifications, and qualifications. U.S. citizenship and work within the United States are required.
