Processes commercial insurance policy lifecycle transactions in Applied EPIC, including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, certificates, carrier documents, and billing. Maintains accurate policy records, reviews documents and invoices, issues insurance certificates and identification cards, tracks production, meets service-level agreements, and achieves volume and quality targets in a high-volume environment.

Lead complex IT infrastructure, migration, and integration projects from planning through post-deployment support. Manage client relationships, cross-functional distributed teams, vendors, risks, dependencies, scope, change management, resources, stakeholder communications, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies while improving delivery quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Manage personal lines client relationships, review policies for accuracy, handle endorsements and renewals, support claims, liaise with carriers/underwriters, maintain records in Applied Epic, and drive account retention through proactive communication.
