Administer SaaS applications, identity systems, MDM, endpoints, and IT infrastructure while providing Tier 3 support. Automate workflows, improve processes, manage onboarding and offboarding, design technical solutions, and support distributed macOS, Linux, and Windows users. The role also mentors junior engineers and partners across the company on hardware, software, networking, and conferencing solutions.

The Sr./Principal Software Engineer will design and implement core capabilities for SingleStore's cloud platform, focusing on scalability and reliability, while mentoring other engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide technical leadership for SingleStore Flow, designing and implementing reliable data migration, CDC, APIs, and distributed systems. Lead major architectural initiatives, solve data consistency and performance challenges, improve observability and operational readiness, investigate incidents, mentor engineers, and partner with product, support, solutions, and customers. Remain hands-on while advancing testing, documentation, release practices, and AI-assisted migration capabilities.
