Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI applications, LLM solutions, and enterprise agents. Develop RAG pipelines, integrations, evaluation frameworks, secure connectors, and reusable AI platform components. Own CI/CD, observability, monitoring, model and prompt versioning, security controls, and continuous improvement. Partner with business and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes, mentor engineers, and apply responsible AI practices across enterprise workflows.

The Time Synchronization System Architect will develop technical relationships with key customers, drive architectural discussions, influence SiTime's roadmap, and advocate technical expertise for design wins in data centers and networking markets.

Owns end-to-end payroll processing across the United States, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities include validating payroll inputs, reviewing registers and tax calculations, reconciling payrolls, managing funding and reporting, resolving employee issues, supporting tax and statutory filings, monitoring vendors, maintaining audit controls, and improving payroll processes. The role requires extensive U.S. and international payroll expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple calendars across time zones.
