SitusAMC seeks an Associate with 5+ years of industry or relevant experience (Senior Analyst level or equivalent) to support real estate client engagements, perform related duties as needed, and participate in training and professional development within the organization.

Lead design, development, and support of the Workday finance ecosystem and related tools (Adaptive, Prism, Extend). Partner with finance and IT to gather requirements, build reports and integrations, deploy solutions, enable users, monitor system effectiveness, and identify automation/AI opportunities to improve reporting, cost, and cycle time.

This role focuses on enhancing financial systems and reporting capabilities within the finance department, leveraging technologies like Workday and AI for efficiency and accuracy.
