Leads the data engineering function and manages a team of at least five employees. Owns enterprise data platform execution, scalable pipeline development, Medallion architecture implementation, DataOps, CI/CD, observability, reliability, stakeholder intake, and engineering standards. Partners with data architecture and application teams, mentors engineers, drives delivery, and develops future leaders.

Own and deliver complex full-stack software features for custom labs and related applications. Design, build, test, document, and maintain APIs, databases, user interfaces, infrastructure, and libraries using C# or JavaScript/TypeScript. Lead AI-assisted development workflows, review generated code, ensure security and quality, collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams, estimate scope, and participate in on-call support.

Principal Software Engineer responsible for cross-cutting architecture, technical roadmap direction, and delivery quality. The role involves developing APIs, databases, UIs, and libraries with C# or JavaScript/TypeScript; guiding AI-assisted development; establishing testing and verification practices; mentoring engineers; improving tooling and workflows; collaborating cross-functionally; estimating work; and participating in on-call support. The position is fully remote with occasional travel.
