Provide on-site client engagement by educating clients on services, memberships, and products, drive consultative sales and bookings, perform POS/cash wrap tasks, maintain clinic operations and cleanliness, support inventory and promotional events, and collaborate with team members to meet clinic goals.

Lead by example on the sales floor to meet sales and conversion goals, deliver exceptional client service and product education, support operational tasks (opening/closing, inventory, merchandising), coach and onboard team members, and ensure compliance, cleanliness, and a high-quality client experience while providing occasional coverage at neighboring clinics.
