Work as a hardware product management intern shaping drone platforms, controllers, cameras, and accessories. Engage customers and engineers, write product requirement documents, run field research and analytics, collaborate on launches, pricing, and go-to-market activities, and drive self-contained projects expected to ship during or shortly after the internship.

Design and implement real-time computer vision algorithms for autonomous drones, including estimation, mapping, tracking, classification, and detection. Research and prototype new approaches, optimize systems for computationally constrained environments, measure vision-system performance, and contribute to software engineering across the platform. The role requires expertise in visual odometry, state estimation, mapping, SLAM, probabilistic inference, 3D geometry, deep learning, and high-proficiency C++.

Coordinates candidate interviews, onsite visits, office tours, university recruiting events, career fairs, and intern onboarding. Maintains accurate Applicant Tracking System records, resolves scheduling conflicts, and supports People team projects involving employer branding, swag, and events. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, technology adoption, and onsite availability at the San Mateo headquarters.
