Lead employment-law matters for the company, counsel People Operations on recruiting, wage-and-hour, leaves, accommodations, investigations, separations, OFCCP and agency matters, manage outside counsel, support manufacturing and international expansion, draft policies and handbooks, and oversee HR/payroll audits and employment-related contracts.

Produce photorealistic product renderings, animations, and web-optimized 3D assets from engineering CAD through final compositing. Prepare and optimize CAD-derived geometry, build PBR materials, light scenes, animate product features, export glTF/GLB for web, and collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams under tight deadlines for marketing and launch deliverables.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop native Android applications for drone control, bridging C++ libraries with the Android application layer, and mentor other engineers on best practices.
