Teams at Sleeper

Develop and enhance Sleeper’s React Native fantasy sports mobile application using TypeScript and related libraries. Responsibilities include building reusable UI components, integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs, troubleshooting performance, socket, caching, and data issues, and delivering scalable, accessible, high-quality features in a large codebase. Collaborate with designers and contribute to technical specifications, best practices, and product improvements serving millions of users.

Develop and own scalable, high-performance web experiences for Sleeper’s fantasy sports platform. Build responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript, emphasizing animation, gestures, accessibility, and reusable components. Integrate APIs, troubleshoot performance, socket, and caching issues, and collaborate with designers on product requirements. The role supports a large consumer application serving millions of users and offers significant ownership over product and technical decisions.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative UX research to understand user needs and inform product decisions. Apply statistics and experimentation principles, collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product teams, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with analytics dashboards, remote testing, and survey tools is beneficial. The role is based in San Francisco.
