Senior Data Scientist partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to drive user growth through data science, causal inference, experimentation, and analytics. Responsibilities include developing LTV and retention models, designing A/B tests, creating measurement frameworks and dashboards, translating complex analyses into recommendations, and strengthening data foundations for scalable experimentation.

Analyzes customer, marketplace, product, financial, merchant, and transaction data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Builds analytical frameworks for new products, markets, and strategic initiatives; validates data sources and metrics; investigates anomalies; and develops actionable recommendations. Communicates insights through dashboards, presentations, and concise storytelling to senior executives, cross-functional leaders, and the Board. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve decision-making and uses emerging AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Lead design and delivery of mobile-facing backend APIs and services, own initiatives end-to-end, improve reliability and performance, mentor engineers, collaborate with Mobile, Web, Product, Design, and Platform teams, and modernize legacy systems while supporting high-traffic iOS and Android applications.
