Administer cross-platform patching with Automox, correlate vulnerabilities via Rapid7, and support Okta device-trust and conditional access integrations. Automate tasks with PowerShell/Graph API, document runbooks, and partner with IT, security, and engineering to ensure endpoint health, compliance, and lifecycle management.

Lead client-facing Salesforce Marketing Cloud engagements for life sciences clients: run discovery and journey mapping, capture requirements, design omnichannel solutions, translate to implementation-ready user stories, coordinate delivery with architects, developers, QA and agencies, and support launch, validation, and post-launch optimization while ensuring regulated documentation and consent controls.
