Partners with North American business leaders on HR priorities, including performance management, compensation, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, and acquisition integration. Collaborates with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and global Centers of Expertise to deliver consistent programs, coach managers, support legal compliance, improve processes, and strengthen employee experience and culture.

Leads electrical engineering for solar PV and battery storage projects, overseeing design, simulations, power system studies, commissioning, documentation, compliance, and technical quality. Mentors engineers, manages workflows and project execution, coordinates with clients, utilities, vendors, and authorities, supports field activities and business development, and drives continuous improvement across projects in North America and the Caribbean.
