Performs first-level failure analysis on returned server and workstation systems, including visual inspection, component-level troubleshooting, testing, repair, and root-cause investigation. Documents findings, prepares reports, communicates results to clients and international teams, and supports engineering changes and product qualification activities. The role requires electronic test equipment, schematic interpretation, computer hardware and software knowledge, advanced Excel skills, statistical analysis, and cross-functional communication.

Performs first-level failure analysis on returned servers/workstations: visual and component-level inspection, troubleshooting, testing, assembly/disassembly, and root-cause documentation. Uses test equipment and database/reporting tools, develops formal FA reports, communicates findings to clients (including Asia team), and works inside customer labs to support product and process qualification.
