Analyzes federal financial data, business processes, workflows, and requirements to improve planning, reporting, and operational outcomes. Partners with government stakeholders to facilitate workshops, recommend process and technology solutions, document SDLC deliverables, develop test plans, execute testing, and support implementation of financial planning and business intelligence applications. The role also translates complex findings for technical and non-technical audiences in a client-facing consulting environment.

Develop and maintain cloud-native software solutions for federal agency customers, including AI-infused applications. Collaborate with senior developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design, code, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and document software. Participate in code reviews, DevSecOps and SDLC practices, research emerging technologies, and continuously improve technical skills while contributing to AWS-based products.

Leads logistics projects within an integrated PMO, coordinating government stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, contracting functions, financial reporting, deliverables, documentation, operational planning, and performance metrics. The role supports SOCPAC logistics initiatives, transportation networks, Air Force inventory processes, and complex government contracts. It requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance, extensive DoD and SOCOM program management experience, transportation expertise, senior-government briefings, and travel of no more than 5%.
