Serve as the senior on-site contractor lead for USASOC TMN operations in Eastern Europe, providing technical oversight, site management, operational support, security compliance, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and personnel leadership to ensure tactical networks and C2 capabilities are deployed and sustained to meet mission requirements.

Manage day-to-day logistics operations and equipment distribution for DoD PACOM deployments. Serve as liaison with US and partner nation staffs, coordinate vendors and shipment tracking, ensure documentation, accountability, and compliance, and represent the organization at multinational forums and planning events.

Provide as-needed deployment, configuration, training, and management of the Cognition AI Platform and ancillary services. Design and deliver advanced AI/AIOps and agentic capabilities for mission customers, support internal developers, and ensure solutions meet mission security and operational standards. Role requires active security clearance.
