Owns project and revenue accounting, including ASC 606 compliance, revenue recognition, month- and quarter-end close, financial analysis, audit support, Costpoint troubleshooting, contract interpretation, and control improvements. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Contracts, and Operations to resolve complex issues, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain audit readiness across government and commercial contract types.

Leads integration across multiple government contracts, task orders, and projects within a PMO. Responsibilities include strategic planning, executive reporting, risk and compliance management, governance, stakeholder coordination, technical and contractual documentation, performance metrics, and business development support. The role requires managing concurrent initiatives, briefing senior government and industry leaders, and guiding short- and long-term portfolio objectives in regulated environments.

Leads functional design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle EBS General Ledger and financial modules. Designs scalable Charts of Accounts, oversees Oracle financial architecture, translates business requirements into functional specifications, leads stakeholder workshops, resolves complex issues, and supports testing and project delivery. Requires extensive Oracle EBS implementation leadership, financials expertise, and an active Public Trust clearance. The role is remote with some travel.
