Develop and optimize marketing reports, monitor product and advertising campaign KPIs, integrate and visualize data, investigate performance deviations, analyze campaigns, and recommend improvements. The role requires strong Google Sheets skills, basic SQL, A/B testing, mathematical statistics, and English proficiency. Python, web analytics, Google Ads, and BI experience are preferred. This is a fully remote position.

Leads end-to-end modernization from a monolith to microservices, including legacy analysis, architecture, estimation, data migration, deployment, and production support. Guides .NET services, databases, messaging, containerization, and frontend integrations. Acts as the technical escalation point for complex issues while improving Jira tracking, estimation accuracy, QA collaboration, release predictability, and engineering processes. Manages and develops the team through one-on-ones, performance reviews, feedback, and career-focused objectives.

Manage and optimize high-load Microsoft SQL Server databases, including advanced T-SQL development, query and execution-plan optimization, indexing, locking, memory, disk performance, AlwaysOn availability, maintenance, recovery, security, integrity checks, monitoring, and incident resolution. Support analysts and ML engineers with reliable data access across databases reaching tens of terabytes.
