The VP of Engineering will scale the team from 40 to 80+, design operational systems for planning and decision-making, eliminate bottlenecks, maintain technical credibility, and drive technical strategy while fostering culture and feedback loops.

Lead and develop a team of Commercial Technical Account Managers responsible for onboarding, adoption, customer health, retention, escalations, and technical customer partnerships. Improve post-sales systems including segmentation, health scoring, QBRs, playbooks, automation, and digital-touch programs. Report retention and team performance to leadership, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and support strategic customer and company meetings.

Leads and develops an enterprise Technical Account Management team responsible for onboarding, adoption, customer health, retention, escalations, and technical partnerships. The role improves post-sales systems, including segmentation, health scoring, playbooks, QBRs, automation, and digital-touch programs. It owns retention and adoption outcomes, supports enterprise customers, communicates insights to Product and Engineering, and reports performance to leadership. The manager also supports customers directly when needed and travels for customer and company meetings.
