Own the Workday Learning ecosystem, learning standards, content and vendor strategy, and learner experience. Use data and insights to improve effectiveness while partnering with subject-matter experts across the organization. The role requires balancing enterprise strategy with hands-on execution in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution of the company’s digital employee experience. Responsibilities include improving employee journeys, internal service channels, knowledge management, collaboration tools, workflow automation, measurement, technology adoption, and change management.
