Manage a large-scale website redesign and related interactive digital projects from discovery through deployment. Coordinate creative, web, product marketing, design, and engineering teams; define scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans; oversee technical workflows, front-end implementation, design systems, API and CMS integrations, quality assurance, and stakeholder communications. Serve as a technical liaison using HTML, CSS, WordPress, and web architecture knowledge to troubleshoot issues and streamline developer handoffs.

Design and maintain SoFi’s marketing web design system, including foundations, components, patterns, templates, documentation, and icon libraries. Collaborate with engineering, brand, product, marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver scalable, accessible, responsive experiences. Design landing pages, conduct audits, support governance, explore interaction patterns, present work, incorporate feedback, and ensure high-quality implementation.

Lead and mentor a Workday integration engineering team supporting HCM, Financial Management, Payroll, and enterprise platforms. Define technical roadmaps and architecture standards, build secure integrations using Workday tools and MuleSoft, oversee production support and incident management, manage vendors and SLAs, lead release testing, and advance platform modernization, AI governance, data security, and compliance.
