Own end-to-end analytics delivery through production-grade dbt data models, governed Tableau dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics solutions. Translate business requirements into data products, maintain testing and lineage standards, manage CI/CD workflows, integrate MetricFlow metrics, and partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success, Finance, and Product. Mentor analysts and support self-service analytics adoption. The role includes periodic onsite visits to a San Francisco private equity office.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for SolarWinds monitoring and infrastructure products: troubleshoot escalated cases across network, system, security, and database environments; collaborate with Tier 3 and engineering on bugs and workarounds; create documentation and knowledge base articles; mentor Tier 1; and guide customers on configuration, integrations, and best practices to improve product reliability and satisfaction.

Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support for SolarWinds monitoring and infrastructure software: troubleshoot escalated cases across network, system, security, and database environments; partner with engineering; create documentation and KB articles; mentor Tier 1; and advise customers on configuration, integrations, and best practices to ensure long-term success.
