Manage audits, supplier quality, customer corrective actions (8D), measurement systems, SPC/SQC, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, DFMEA/PFMEA and control plans. Coach and develop quality staff, collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, HSE and supply partners, and drive metrics like first pass quality and COPQ while supporting strategic and operational planning.

Lead strategic accounts for foams, aerosols, and solvents (FAS), manage key customer relationships, develop new business, own forecasting and account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate long-term agreements, and mentor account managers. Role requires ~50% travel within US/Canada and working closely with supply chain, legal, finance, and engineering.
