Leads global strategic marketing for Solstice’s data center business by translating technical cooling and refrigerant concepts into case studies, white papers, briefs, sales materials, digital content, and thought leadership. Identifies and supports industry events, manages association relationships, monitors competitors and regulatory trends, produces market intelligence reports, supports ecosystem partnerships, and manages a data center market portal. The role works cross-functionally with technical, commercial, customer marketing, agency, and vendor stakeholders.

Lead development and commercialization of advanced semiconductor packaging materials and technologies. Design experiments, simulations, and testing to solve thermal-management challenges; support customers; establish specifications and qualification requirements; optimize product and process performance; and transition innovations into high-volume manufacturing through cross-functional and external collaboration.

Leads development and commercialization of thermal management materials for semiconductor packaging and high-performance computing. Responsibilities include material characterization, thermal testing, modeling, failure analysis, reliability assessment, DOE, product qualification, customer applications support, and technology scale-up. The role collaborates with R&D, manufacturing, quality, marketing, suppliers, and external research partners to translate customer needs into commercially viable products and communicate technical and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
