Manage privacy assessments, data inventories, notices, training, outside counsel, and vendor relationships. Partner with Security and GRC on audits, certifications, breach response, government requests, and customer obligations while building scalable processes and eventually a privacy team.

Leads the regulatory legal function and manages attorneys advising on digital care delivery, pharmacy and laboratory operations, healthcare technology, AI, and FDA-regulated products. Provides strategic counsel to executives, manages legal risk, develops regulatory strategies, and supports global growth. Builds and mentors the legal team while advising on healthcare regulations including telehealth, corporate practice of medicine, pharmacy law, laboratory services, Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, and state and federal standards.
