Lead and manage the company's litigation and dispute resolution matters including patent, commercial, brand protection, and general business litigation. Oversee the patent program, drive litigation strategy through pleadings, motions, discovery, arbitration or trial, and advise executives and the board.

Lead and build the company’s patent program: manage global patent/trademark portfolio, draft and prosecute patents (using AI tools), harvest inventions with R&D/product teams, manage outside counsel and budgets, provide strategic IP counseling, support M&A due diligence, and train stakeholders on IP processes.

Provide legal support on high‑profile technology M&A deals: draft and maintain engagement letters and precedents, advise on public transaction disclosures, shape AI policy and implementation, monitor active mandates, and support broader legal research and department needs.

Lead the commercial legal function for a cloud SaaS provider: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, services, and government contracts; advise on RFPs and procurement; partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations; build scalable contract processes; and support broader legal initiatives including privacy and compliance.

Lead and own the company's global disputes portfolio end-to-end, handling commercial, employment, IP, regulatory inquiries, internal investigations, and third-party legal processes. Advise business leaders and the Board, manage outside counsel and litigation budgets, develop playbooks and discovery/legal-hold practices, and partner cross-functionally to mitigate and resolve disputes.

Provide commercial legal support for Americas (including LATAM): draft, negotiate, and close complex SaaS and software agreements; lead cross-border transactions; advise on regulatory and compliance matters; maintain templates and scalable contracting workflows; provide training and partner with sales and business leaders to enable revenue growth.

Provide product-focused legal counsel across the full product lifecycle, advising on AI/ML, privacy, IP, and open-source issues; draft and negotiate technology licensing and integration agreements; support trademark, acquisitions integration, and incident response; help build privacy-by-design practices and shape product legal function as it scales.

Lead a team of product-focused attorneys advising on product development, launches, lifecycle management, marketing, and FDA-regulated digital offerings. Provide business-oriented legal guidance, shape processes and standards, partner with product and marketing leaders, and mentor junior attorneys to scale legal support in a high-growth health and wellness telehealth company.
