Leads end-to-end IVD, companion diagnostic, clinical trial assay, tumor profiling, and SaMD development programs. Aligns internal cross-functional teams and biopharma partners across strategy, validation, clinical operations, regulatory submission, manufacturing, and commercialization. Owns governance, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and partner relationships while delivering programs through regulatory approval or pivotal clinical trials.

Leads business development and strategic account growth with pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners across the U.S. West and Central regions. Responsibilities include acquiring customers, building pipelines in Salesforce, developing proposals, advancing precision medicine and genomics opportunities, negotiating and closing projects, and collaborating with scientific, commercial, and operational teams. The role focuses on NGS-based assays, biomarker discovery, clinical trial solutions, and companion diagnostics, with approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

Own and expand customer relationships across the Western United States for a cloud-based healthcare genomics platform. Drive adoption, usage, and account growth within hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations; identify expansion opportunities; navigate complex stakeholder groups; provide account support; and partner with sales teams on customer meetings and commercial development. The field-based role requires approximately 30–40% territory travel.
