Partner with Americas sales leadership to design, deliver, and measure GTM enablement programs. Build AI-enabled sales readiness, create field-ready playbooks and training, facilitate workshops and coaching, manage program execution, maintain content governance, and use CRM and enablement data to track adoption and impact.

Design, build, and govern Anaplan models for territory, quota planning, and incentive compensation. Lead end-to-end model development, define data flows and integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP), optimize performance and scalability, manage lifecycle and ALM, support UAT and production, and partner with stakeholders, IT, and data teams.

Lead GTM finance for Renewals and Customer Success: own topline and Opex analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance and cohort analyses, scenario modeling, and executive reporting. Partner with GTM Finance, Renewal Ops, Customer Success, Sales Ops, and BI to improve renewal forecasting, retention visibility, data quality, and metric governance, translating complex data into actionable insights.
