Leads and develops a team responsible for Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services. Supports payroll operations by processing and validating payroll transactions, conducting audits and reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance controls. The role processes adjustments, deductions, leave earnings, terminations, and garnishments in Workday; responds to employee inquiries; supports payroll testing and process improvements; and collaborates with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Time and Absence teams.

Provides personalized academic guidance and customer support to students throughout their educational journey. Responsibilities include maintaining student records and course plans, handling high-volume phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information, building student relationships, promoting persistence and satisfaction, and using data-informed strategies and departmental resources to support academic success in a fully remote environment.
