Leads and develops a team responsible for Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services. Provides hands-on technical leadership across endpoint management, identity, collaboration, automation, security, and device management. Oversees technical design, implementation, troubleshooting, escalations, service operations, roadmaps, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement while partnering with other IT teams and organizational leadership.

Administer and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning as the organization’s enterprise planning and reporting platform. Build models, dimensions, formulas, workflows, dashboards, reports, and OfficeConnect packages; manage security, access, data integrity, documentation, and training. Develop workforce planning solutions and integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Adaptive Planning. Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-support solutions.

Supports payroll operations by processing and validating payroll transactions, conducting audits and reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance controls. The role processes adjustments, deductions, leave earnings, terminations, and garnishments in Workday; responds to employee inquiries; supports payroll testing and process improvements; and collaborates with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Time and Absence teams.
