Owns new customer acquisition, revenue growth, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, partner expansion, and migration from desktop to cloud solutions. Manages forecasting, pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, churn monitoring, customer retention, marketing collaboration, and performance reporting while using AI tools to improve decision-making.
