Assists with managing day-to-day parking operations, customer service, client relations, equipment maintenance, safety reporting, facility cleanup, and staffing coverage. Ensures operations follow company policies and location-specific contractual requirements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, minimal related experience or training, strong communication and judgment, customer-service skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform light physical work.

Greets and assists hotel guests, transports passengers using shuttle vehicles, handles luggage, provides directions, dispatches taxis, and supports curbside operations. Performs vehicle inspections, fueling, cleaning, trip logging, and disabled-passenger assistance. Monitors safety, reports incidents and hazards, maintains work areas, communicates with guests and staff, and may substitute for cashiers or valets. Requires punctual attendance, uniformed presentation, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.

Manages daily parking facility operations, including staffing, employee training, client service, security and cash controls, budgeting, procurement, accounting, maintenance, damage claims, safety, and OSHA compliance. The role also develops employees, monitors profitability and facility standards, resolves client concerns, and implements operational improvements.
